Returns & Exchanges

We have 7days return policy. Your items must be returned within 7days from your delivery date. After this time of period has passed, we unfortunately cannot attend to your requests.

Your items must be returned unworn, in the same condition that you first received it.
All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). If your returned item(s) are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels or tags your request may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.

In case of your item is faulty (i.e. received defective or damaged), please contact to our customer care team. (contact@kijun.co)

All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanged items will be dispatched on business days. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to you indicating your shipment’s tracking details which allows you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and weather your request is accepted or rejected. After this process we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
We try our best to process refunds as soon as they are received but please note that it can take up to 14 business days to complete the refunds. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
